Windsor was founded in early 1996 as a part of Ludhiana based Eastman group, with the desire to make available world class transmission Gears that are produced over most sophisticated machine in India. Our target, though difficult, was clearly defined. For any requirement for precision products our target was to achieve the quality, finish and packaging standard of the best brand available in that particular market. Facility
Windsor runs a state of the art manufacturing facility at gurgaon, which is equipped with the latest world class multi axis cnc machines and equipments. Manufacturing facility has 9001:2008 ISO certification. All the critical process of gear manufacturing are done in hours to maintain consistent and yet globally benchmarked quality. An array of imported machines strengthen us to deliver fine quality products
Liebherr make multi axis cnc gear hobber model LC-180 (with auto loader facility) and model LC500 to make all type transmission gear and shafts.
Hurth make gear shaving machine (ZSA-320) with conventional, diagonal and under pan shaving facility.
Lorenz make gear shaper
Klingelnberg (P-40) make lead and profile error checking facility to check all types of gear accuracy.
Gear blank turning facility equipped with LMW (LL20 TL3 and LL20 TL5) and jyoti (DX150 and DX200) make cnc turning machines.
Makino and BFW make CNC vertical machine centers.
